At JH COUTURE, your satisfaction is our top priority. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we offer a flexible refund policy to ensure your peace of mind.

Eligibility for Refunds:

To be eligible for a refund, items must be returned in their original condition, unworn, and with all tags attached within 7 days of delivery.

Items must be accompanied by the original receipt or proof of purchase.

Certain items such as personalized or made-to-order products may not be eligible for refunds. Please refer to the product description for specific details.

Refund Process:

Contact our customer service team at concierge@jhcouturestore.com to initiate the refund process. Please provide your order number and reason for return.

Once your return request is approved, you will receive detailed instructions on how to return the item.

Pack the item securely in its original packaging and ship it back to us using a trackable shipping method. The cost of return shipping will be the responsibility of the customer, unless the return is due to an error on our part.

Upon receipt of the returned item, our team will inspect it to ensure that it meets the eligibility criteria for a refund.

If the return is approved, a refund will be processed to the original method of payment within 10 business days.

Exchanges:

If you would like to exchange an item for a different size, color, or style, please follow the same process outlined above for returns. Once we receive the returned item, we will process a refund for the original purchase and you can place a new order for the desired item.

Damaged or Defective Items:

In the rare event that you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately upon receipt. We will arrange for a replacement or refund as soon as possible, at no additional cost to you.
